I had to pay for an alignment because one tire was out of Camber. I just had an alignment done one week before my Kal Tire appointment, as I had shock and struts installed, with alignment. This was my third full set of tires from Kal, but it’s likely my last. I feel screwed over. It was the smile on the counter attendants face that really burned me.

When it comes to issues with camber, there can be various reasons why it may have changed. While it's possible that the previous alignment wasn't done correctly, it's also possible that other factors such as road conditions or driving habits could have affected the camber over time.

The service was performed on my husbands car. My husband arrived at KalTire on 8th Street in Saskatoon and within 1/2 hour my husband was home. The service performed on my husbands car was a battery change. KalTire provided excellent service. We have always went to this location for the purchase of tires and each season we continue to visit KalTire to have our tire swap for the seasons. We are extremely happy with the service and will continue to visit this location in Saskatoon .

I always take my car to this location and it’s always a great experience. This time my car broke down and I had it towed to the shop, I called the next morning and they were able to look at it for me within the hour. By noon that same day my car was fixed.
