2 - The service, timing and work was superb, but I was not adequately informed what I was purchasing. I used websites to decide best options/price for purchasing new rims and summer tires. In the chat with Kaltire sales, it was not explained that by choosing the rims I did, it would change the size of the tire nuts. Had I been informed of this fact, I would not have purchased the rims I did. I am worried about how to fit my winter tires, which are on rims with the original nut/bolt size.

We're very sorry for any misunderstanding Jim. We've reviewed your work order and have confirmed that your original quote did include an install kit and hub rings. Had this been mentioned while you were at the store, we would have been happy to help you find a different set of wheels.
