All Tire Lodge locations are fully insured against damage, loss, and theft—so you can protect your tires and extend their lifespan at Kal's Tire Lodge.
ABOUT KAL’S TIRE STORAGE SERVICE
Yes, we recommend booking an appointment, especially during the busy spring and fall seasons.
If you're coming in for a tire service—such as a swap or changeover—you can book online. When scheduling your appointment, we will ask whether your tires are stored in Kal Tire Lodge so we can recall them for your tire service. You can also purchase tire storage for the next season as an add-on during checkout.
However, we do not offer online booking for tire storage visits only. If you're just picking up stored tires or dropping off tires to be stored, and not having any service done, please call your local Kal Tire.
After leaving your tires with Kal for storage:
1. Initial inspection: Our trained technicians visually inspect your tires and will contact you with any concerns regarding wear, damage, or potential replacements needs.
2. Preparation for storage: The tires are prepped and clearly labeled for identification before being transferred to our storage facility.
3. Storage: The tires are placed in a safe, secure, climate-controlled storage facility—fully insured against damage, loss, or theft—either on-site the same day or at a central location within one week.
4. Retrieval: When you schedule your next changeover appointment, we retrieve your tires from storage and inspect them again before installation.
