I had blown out my right front tire by driving into a snow-covered island (on a city street).
I was a little panicked and stressed about the whole thing but Kishan and the team (Roncesvalles location) dealt with it by replacing the tire (that was too damaged to be repaired) quickly and efficiently.
They made what could have been an awful experience all around just that much better. I felt I was in good hands!

The workers were polite, fast and efficient. I was also appreciative of the fact that because I’d purchased the tires from Kal Tire, the repair from the nail in there was for free. Would absolutely go back due to the gesture
