Just a flat repair

Today was just a flat repair, but quick and friendly service. I've been there in the past to purchase a complete set of tires. Just booked online, showed up and had them installed.

I have been using this Kal-tire location for years, and I do know they tend to run behind in their schedules... but when I make an appointment for 11am and have to wait an additional 2.5 hrs that is utterly unacceptable. How can you get behind 2.5 hrs when the shop only opened 3.5 hrs before a scheduled appointment???

In addition, I asked them to inspect all my winter tires before putting them on, as I was sure there was some bead damage. After they put 3 tires on, they informed me that the last tire was to damaged and they couldn't install it!?! Why weren't the tires checked first as I asked. There were no new tires in stock so we had to agree to leave 2 all-seasons on and 2 winter tires. When I leave the shop, I find out they installed the 2 winter tires on the back of my front wheel drive vehicle. What the heck!

Never going back there again.
