Tire fixed fast and free

Discovered a screw in my tire while on holidays in Salmon Arm. Their local Kal Tire fixed it efficiently and well and at no cost.

Flat tire repair.

While visiting relatives camping at Herald Provincial Park on Shuswap Lake I noticed my tire went flat. Had Ben;s Towing come out and refilled the tire with air and then followed me back to Salmon Arm to Kal Tire to ensure I would make it there. The attendant at Kal Tire promptly and courteously attended to our tire problem.....suggesting since it was close to supper time that we have our supper across the street and our tire problem would be fixed by the time we returned. True to his word the tire was fixed, the culprit was a screw extracted from the tire. Upon thanking him and offering to pay for his service, his response was " No Charge...….Glad to be of service". This level of customer service is not common these days, and we will exercise the positive "Word of Mouth" every chance we get! Thank You Kal Tire, Salmon Arm.
