Asked for a simple winter tire swap and they wouldn't do it! Said a tie rod was off a little and wanted me to pay 1500 to fix it !

Recently I had an appointment for a simple changeover of my summer tires for winter tires (on rims). Kaltire staff were able to complete this change in about 20 minutes. However, the change didn't start until about an hour after my appointment time.

I can accept that delays happen but staff should at least recognize that they have broken an implied promise of a pre-booked appointment time. "A sorry for the delay" when the customer pays would have been appropriate.

I am very sorry to hear that your appointment took longer than anticipated. At this busy time of year there is a greater possibility of situations arising that can result in a delay in service or another customer�s vehicle taking longer than expected. We do expect our team members to communicate such delays to customers and if that did not happen, I apologize.

I visited Kal Tire with my wife after a nail punctured her tire. As she had an unexpected flat, we dropped in without an appointment. 60 minutes later, our car was fixed free of charge and we were back on the road. This was a part of their customer care plan. It was sure a nice surprise to get this fixed for free. Thank you so much Kal Tire!!!! Your customer service is outstanding :)

Adam was great! They really know their stuff at Kal Tire. Often takes a little while for your car to be looked at, but its worth the wait. Great team and you can actually trust these guys....really! you can!

I have always received wonderful service at this shop. The prices are very fair, and it's incredibly convenient to be able to book online. They also handled me changing my recent appointment twice and my tires usually cost less than I am quoted in the end! Highly recommended.
