Consistently Great Service

Always find it a pleasure to deal with the service people at this Kal Tire location. In this case the problem was a dead battery, which was promptly replaced.

New All Weather Tires

The service was faster than expected, simply handled, and the staff were friendly and polite. I booked this completely online and just showed up for my service and it was all ready to go.

I held off on the 1/2 star because I was informed that for the type of tires I purchased, I should have the wheels aligned pretty soon (within a few weeks). I didn't know this because I booked online and didn't talk to anyone. It would have been nice to have known this ahead of time as I have to try to book another appointment for an alignment (1 - 1.5 hours) and I would have been able to spare that time, today.
