I ordered my new tires on May 19, the same day that I received a quote, which included a $50 rebate. I chose June 1 to have them put on. When I was given the bill, there was no rebate given. I was told that it was no longer available from the manufacturer and Kal never knows when a rebate ends. Your employee was nice enough, but felt that I should accept this. He gave me the $50 only after I spoke firmly for it, suggesting that had I been warned of losing the rebate, I would have booked sooner. When you give a quote you should stand behind it. I believe you should revisit how you handle quotes and communicate more with your customers.
