Never dealt with kaltire before this but was very happy with this visit. 4 new tires, ordered and set up the appointment online a couple days before. Had me in on time and did the work quickly. Manager and mechanic both friendly and helpful. I've worked as a mechanic and was very comfortable seeing the work they did (easy to see, next to the lobby widow). Store (lobby, shop and bathroom) was neat and clean. Shopped around and they also seemed to have the best price. Went with Sumitomo Encounter AT for our 2020 Tacoma (well reviewed on various Taco /offroad forums, same parent tire company as Falken tires), nice look and price, seem to handle well after only a day.
