I have been using Kal Tire for the past several years and have never been disappointed in the service they provide. The staff are polite, efficient and friendly. My vehicle is usually ready before the time they promise. Yesterday, I requested a wheel alignment but when I went to pick up my car, the salesperson said that they didn't do it because it wasn't needed. So many other places would have just changed me for a wheel alignment.....easy money. I appreciate their honesty and high service standards.
