We apologize that the service took longer than usual Han. Due to the current pandemic we are short staffed, but trying our best to get all our customers looked after. We hope you can provide us with another opportunity to meet your expectations.

they repaired our tire and sent us on our way with a cheerful thanks for our business

I made an appointment for 3pm today, I arrived a few minutes early. Salesman could not find my name in the computer, then said Yes he could see my appointment but it was cancelled ! Not sure what was going on. As I did not cancel !
I’m sorry, but Kal Tire is not the same, it used to be a well run store, now they all seem unhappy.
Think they must have had a big staff change over. Bring on the old friendly staff !
