On 2 occasions, tires were not on site as per booked appointments. and then despite early drop off action was delayed another hour post appt. We have total 5 vehicles under such arrangement and this is the first year we experienced such
Had a seasonal changeover done at KalTire. Picked up the car at the end of the day and left. Half way home, noticed that the low tire pressure warning was on and pulled into a gas station. Checked all four tires, and two of them were low. For reference, two were at 41psi (the recommend amount), one was 37psi and the other 36psi. Called the store but they were already closed. Filled up the tires to full and went home. The next day I called KalTire and they said, it could be a leak, but that we could bring it back if it was an issue. I waited another day and checked the tires and they are still all fully inflated. So it can't be a leak. I'm just disappointed that I got my tires changed and I didn't get an even amount of air in all four tires? Not to sound demanding, but this seems like a pretty basic ask for a tire changeover no? I wish when I called back a day later to tell him the tires were low, he would have at least seemed sympathetic or apologetic. How could I loose 5psi in two tires in less than 15 minutes from driving away from the store, yet the day after filling them back up loose none. And he suggested it was a leak? That makes no logical sense. Wouldn't a leak keep leaking?
