Seasonal tire “switch” x3 ( Spring 2022) ‼️

Mid April 2022 - DC Kal Tire switched my “Blizzacks” for my ‘All Seasons’. Within days , I was asked to travel to Ft Nelson for a week’s worth of work. Given the ‘questionable weather’, I asked DC Kal to ‘reverse’ the aforementioned switch ; which they quickly did.I went North ; completed the work & returned to DC. However, in mid May, with “Blizzacks” still on , I was required back in Ft Nelson. On Friday,I returned to DC & called DC Kal. The next day they had “ un-reversed” the switch ‼️ As per usual , during my several years worth of experience with our DC Kal crews , the service was both quick & efficient. Many thanks 🙏🏿

Friendly enough people but they can’t hold an appt. Three times they’ve been over and hour and a half late. If you’re behind, no problem. But, let the people know. I’ve learned my lesson and will not return.

Stuck waiting

Booked an appointment for 10 for alignment and waited until 1020 before i canceled my appointment because my truck was still in the parking lot. They should have booked me for a 1030 appointment if that was the case

Good service but it appears the brench is strongly short manned. Tire change took two hours!!!
