Timing was great, the young gal and the young guy doing the exchange were very efficient and obviously knew the process very well. I watched them from the Commercial Waiting Room. The two Service staff who greeted and exited me were also very efficient, helpful and personable. It is always a pleasure to deal with KALTIRE.

Service was fine, people helpful but waiting room inadequate. Tire rotation took 1 hour which seemed reasonable but the 2 waiting rooms at Mt Paul location were overcrowded. They took me to a small room in the back that had little ventilation with another person. Since the weather was sunny they should have provided outdoor seating.

4 Wheel alignment

Greeted promptly, had an early appointment for a 4 wheel alignment ( rotation of tires), hand off my keys and the kind professional service member took my keys and work commenced soon after.

Took a little over an hour, fine by me, nowhere to go LOL

Service was explained, fronts wheels out slightly, rear tires way off, easily adjusted, and brought back to specs.
