Dropped car off early. Indicated it would be ready 1 1/2- 2 hr from scheduled time. 5 hours later got email notice and was unable to get there before close. When I picked up vehicle , was unable to get printout/record of alignment results (apparently had not been saved). VERY disappointed with Kal Tire on this visit - certainly not p to previous standards.

They were great he came out gave me a recommendation on my winters checked my alignment free of charge didn’t make any repairs because it didn’t need it. I was 15 minutes late I gave them a call to let them know and they still made sure I got in.

Talked to both Chris and Rodney making my appointment then changing it! Rodney checked in my car and completed my invoice. He was just great, explained everything and showed me how to claim my rebate from Michelin.
