Big thanks to Eric, Ryan and the staff at the Duncan store. There was a mix up with my tires in storage- nothing to do with these guys but they were on it, apologized for the delay, called me with an update and got my car in quickly to get my snows on. They go the extra mile for you.!

Dropped off a lawnmower tire for repairs at 10 am Monday morning. They told me I could have it later the same day. As I had other things to do we made arrangements to pick it up the following day at 9 am. I arrived at 10 am on Tuesday morning to learn the tire was not ready. The service rep. told me it would be about 20-25 minutes which is about the amount of time it would take to do the repair. It was obvious the work hadn’t even started. Our family has serviced 3 vehicles here for several years. This is the third time I’ve been disappointed in this manner. The quality of work is very good but lately the delivery could use some improvement. I’m looking for a new place for my tires, brakes etc.

Installation of a new winter tire and wheel package went very smoothly. Staff were great, kept me informed. Unfortunately no cozy little coffee shop nearby so a 10 minute walk down the road did the trick! It was beautiful weather when this work was done, but I knock off half a point because they have 1 jack bay and a hoist exposed to the elements and I hate to think of those guys working outside in the rain or snow!
