Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3+

I initially purchased Nokian zLine A/S tires, which are considered an "ultra high performance all season tire". In the dry, they are light, comfortable, and quiet. Their performance (handing/cornering) is beyond superb. In the wet though, those tires were awful, quickly losing grip and inducing understeer.

KalTire was amazing with the 30 day guarantee and swapped the Nokians for the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3+ and I couldn't be happier.

The Pilot Sports handle well (albeit not as light and perhaps less ultimate grip than the Nokians) in the dry, but it's in the wet and cold where they truly shine. I haven't heard any squeals or lost any grip under any conditions. They're truly the best "all around" tire I've ever experienced.

235/50ZR18 Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+97Y Tires

I have not driven this vehicle with the new tires but these tires are the same as those on our other vehicle which I have been driving for 2 years. I have been running Michelin tires for several years and have found both performance and durability to be first class. I replaced this set of tires at 75 k as they were manufactured in 2010 and I was concerned about age, yet tread depth was still very good. I do run winter tires on one vehicle but this vehicle runs these tires all year.
