Lots more winter to come in Northern Alberta but so far these tires are excellent! The tires are studded and there is a definite difference from plain winter tires. I have a commute of 35 minutes through flat and steep terrain, from rural to city and the tires have given me more peace of mind driving. Luis at the Grande Prairie location made an excellent call suggesting these tires to my husband. Couldn't be happier :)

Drove a lot of dirt and freshly-graded roads before winter conditions after putting these tires on. Noticed a bit of wear before I was expecting it.
First snow, the tire reaction was as good as I could have expected. No snow sticking, braking was very good. Impressive on slick, snow-covered forestry roads.
For regular consumers, I would recommend waiting as long as possible to put these on and take them off early.
Great winters, but not for harder gravel or dry dirt road and pavement driving.
