I have been fortunate to be saved from a few binds by the fantastic crew at Kal Tire Millstream! Most recently put some steelies and used winter tires i had purchased on my vehicke and needed to get up island that same day. Ali has always been accommodating of my schedule and fits me in amid his busy day and gets the job done well the first time. I will continue to be a regular customer here for all my tire, alignment and rim swap needs as long as I am in Victoria. Thanks to Kal-Tire and Ali for their amazing service and skill! Go here if you want good quality work at an affordable price and no nonsense. Ali will be upfront with what he can and can't do and will do his best to accommodate your needs while keeping you safe on the road. Always a 5-star experience here!

Very Nearly Perfect

KalTire is a great company, and the experiences I've received at the Millstream Road location have always been both pleasant and professional. I'm impressed by the organization when it comes to booking appointments, sending out reminders, and keeping things on schedule, and was even more impressed by the "no hassle" rescheduling when I had to cancel my first appointment on short notice. The customer service team made it easy to rebook without any negative implications whatsoever.

When in the store, I was also able witness the pleasant demeanor of customer service representatives when interacting with other customers as well. Even when busy and multi-tasking, they remained grounded and approachable with everyone around them, other staff and customer alike.

After my service, they even took the time to call to notify me of a small error on my invoice that they had caught when clearing their machines at the end of the day, and advise me of an $8 credit I was owed; this is a nominal amount, and in my opinion, not even really worth chasing, however their diligence, attention to detail, and aim to please the customer made it worth their while to track down and rectify. I was suitably impressed.

The only "complaint" I would have is that during this busy time of year, it was hard to get an appointment within a couple of days of my initial call. Not surprising they're so busy given the top drawer service they offer! While the responsibility to be better organized and proactive is on me, in a purely selfish way I wish they would expand operations to provide more availability and flexibility just in case I get caught by changing weather conditions.

For KalTire to follow up after the service with this request for review is just one more example of how much they care and are dedicated to excellent customer service. I believe all companies could learn from KalTire on what it is to be top notch customer support organization.
