Hopeful for a better experience next time

First off, it was very difficult to even get ahold of a member of the sales team to speak to. I had to call numerous time and was put on hold for longer than I should have ever had to. I just gave up a few times and tried calling back. Finally I was able to get ahold of a sales person and the original tires that I requested were not available, so he recommended some alternatives to me which I was told they even had in the store so I left work to get my vehicle there for the scheduled appointment. At the time I was supposed to pick it up I received a call and they told me that there was a mix up and the store actually wasn't in the store and they had to go and retrieve it from somewhere. So I stayed at work later and then made my way back there around the time that I was told the vehicle would be ready. As I was walking in to the parking lot I saw them only taking the car into the garage then..... This was a good hour after I was told on the phone call 10-15 mins.
Half an hour after that I was approached by a garage employee while I was sitting in the waiting area and he told me that he wasn't able to do the tire alignment that was required as there were other issues that prevented them from performing the alignment. At this point I was already late for an appointment that I at 545pm. I brought the car in at 230pm and was told it would be ready for pick up at 400pm.
While paying by an account number the person requested to call someone on the account as they wanted to confirm that I was in fact able to use the account which meant that I had to call my boss who was the one that provided me with the account number which was frustrating but understandable. Only to be told 10 mins. later that we didn't have an account so there should have been NO reason to have called my employer in the first place if he would have actually taken the time to confirm everything prior to.......
Then I was told that I would receive a quote for the work that was needing to be done and I am yet to receive that. Though everyone at the location was very polite, it was still rather frustrating and having to had to compromise my appointment for these series of delays was the most frustrating part for me of this all. I understand that there are always issues that could arise, believe me but this just kept going and going.
Luckily, the staff there are very polite for the most part and that was the saving grace.
