Tiretrack is an internet based software system designed to work from anywhere in the world with multiple languages. The system may reside on a clients network or individual PC.
Unlike other programs that are manufactured out of the country, by just software programmers, we designed this system ourselves. The people who understand tires and the system best, will install it, take care of it and be on hand to help you whenever you need it. No long waits for service.
We'll also customize TireTrack to your operation. We figure out your specific needs and make everything work with your current dispatch system. Because we understand your industry, we make sure it all works perfectly. And it will. The original system, with continuing upgrades, has been successfully in use for over a decade.
You can easily set accurate limitations for each tire or piece of equipment. The system can be set to run in hours, miles, Kilometers, 32nds, MMs, or volumes of tons, tones, or bcms. Lets you generate instant field surveys, forecasts, budgets for accruals, retreading costs and repair comparisons.
You'll be alerted on screen, letting you know about, irregular wear, mismatched duals and steering tire rotations. Special reports alert you to schedule rim tests, tire rotations, and damaged or leaky tires.
TireTrack also calculates volume moved per tire using information from GPS, dispatch or engineering. The results will give you a cost per tone kilometer, or bcm or ton, whichever you desire.
