Increase Performance
Determine if shovel is filling the box correctly on all corners. Are you carrying enough or too little? Correct tonnage gives you the best cost per bcm moved.

Reduce Maintenance Costs
Determine if there are suspension problems or if the load is too heavy on individual wheel positions, or axles, causing premature failures (Individual scale pads).

Equipment Compatibility
Ensure loading equipment has the right size bucket to obtain the least number of passes to fill to proper capacity.

Safety & Brake Testing
Overloading or incorrect loading can cause undue stress on tires & suspension components, possibly resulting in an accident. The Ministry of Mines requires brake testing with correct loads at given intervals or when changes are made to equipment.
