Pertinent information recorded at the time of purchase is stored in our store database for a period of 16 months and can be recalled at your request. Examples of this information are:

- Purchase order numbers
- Unit number
- Driver's name
- Tire brand number
- Vehicle mileage, hubometer readings, etc.
- License number, year, manufacturer, etc.

Product and Service Pricing

Kal Tire can set up agreed upon pricing for your company. To help avoid billing errors, your company's pricing structure can be set up in our computer system. This means consistent pricing from whichever Kal Tire your equipment gets serviced at. In addition, for those fleets which qualify, Kal Tire is able to extend National Account Billing Programs in partnership with Bridgestone, Yokohama, Michelin and Bandag.

Quarterly Reviews

Your local Kal Tire representative can schedule quarterly reviews with your company to discuss and review your various tire programs. This provides both you and Kal Tire with an opportunity to update or implement any invoicing, service or product changes that need to happen.
