Chambers
All tires are placed into a pressurized vessel chamber
or "kettle" which cures the tires. There are three factors involved
in curing: heat, pressure and time. The thickness of the casing
and the amount of new rubber laid on the tire will determine the
amount of time required in the chamber. While the tires are in the
chamber they continuously rotate on rollers with the chamber charged
at 80psi and heated to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
