Grooving

At this stage the tire is remeasured and then placed into the grooving machine. The Kal Tire professional selects the proper tread design and required voids and inputs them into a computer. A specially designed tensile strength blade is then heated to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and makes the grooves in the tire.
